District 10 is one of the three Panemian districts located mostly outside the contiguous United States, alongside District 7 and District 13, primarily being located in northern and central Mexico. state of Texas and the northern and central Mexican states of Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Durango, Guanajuato, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, and Tamaulipas. Second Rebellion Īfter the abrupt ending of the 75th Hunger Games, communications went down in District 7, District 10, and District 12. Little is known of the district's role in the war, but when District 10 rebelled against the Capitol, the loss of its meat would have contributed to starvation conditions in the city while it was under siege. Before the First Rebellion, the Crane family developed luxury hotels in vacation spots across Panem, including in District 10.
